This past week I used as an "active" rest week on the bike. I did ride everyday for about an hour, with a couple days for intervals and weights, but for the most part it was an "easy" week. Leading up to my 6hr race last weekend, I had been getting about 15 -20 hrs a week on my Anthem. With no race until the end of the month, I figured my legs could use a reprieve(not to mention the saddle sores that are a tad bit tender). So starting tomorrow I'll hit it hard again in anticipation of the 12hr solo up at Flat Rock near San Antonio. Here's to a good week....cheers!
