Only have use of 1 vehicle for the last few days, so I am commuting to work on the road bike. Still getting in my training time, just adding to it a little. It actually feels pretty good stretching the legs a bit after my morning workouts. Coming home in the dark gets a little sketchy though. You just never know if those blinking lights are doing the job they are intended to do.
After 1 week training on the road bike, I can notice a difference(whether it's mental or physical I'm not sure). My pedal strokes are surely smoother, and it feels like I'm a bit more efficient when I hop over to the mtb. Week 2 should bring more improvement I'm sure.
