For all those "feel like I want to puke" days, there are days like today that make it all worth while. I'm talking of the "rest day". For those of you that know me, I really don't lay around with my feet up ushering my wife and daughter around to get me my things. It's just a day off the bike, that in many ways, is just as important a tool to getting stronger on the bike as the training itself is. I use a day like this to catch up on my daily duties that I have let slip in weeks past. So after a couple cups of coffee, I'm ready to slay my husbandry duties, laundry and all.
