My little bike siesta has come to an end. The last time I saddled up was way back on Sept. 17
th, which gave me 18 total days off from training. I did get to incorporate yoga into my routine, and have been doing that and stretching for about 30 min. a day. Throw in some light weights every
other day and from the waist up I'm ready to go. Now my legs must follow, with 90 min. on the road bike this morning........it's time.
