I'm not sure if it was the 6hrs @ race pace or the 3 hrs the next day, but I am just now getting rid of the soreness in my legs. I think the easy hour spin yesterday did a lot to flush my system.
Cohutta 100 fun fact: 14,000ft of climbing over the 100 miles......mmmmm, tasty!
